Archaeology Notes

NT27NE 448 25953 76140

This station was opened by the Edinburgh, Leith and Newhaven Rly on 10 May 1846, being later amalgamated into the North British Rly. It was closed on 1 January 1917, reopened on 1 April 1919 and finally closed by the London and North Eastern Rly on 16 June 1947.
