NT54SE 56 5716 4093

The cropmarks of a curving pit-alignment has been revealed by oblique aerial photography (RCAHMSAP 1995) 1.1km SE of Chapel on Leader (NT54SE 45). It is visible for a distance of at least 150m (NT c.5719 4101 to NT c.5711 4089). There are a number of other archaeological features recorded in the immediate area (NT54SE 4, NT54SE 31, NT54SE 37, NT54SE 57, NT54SE 58 ).
