Formerly entered as NT0000 1774.

(Location cited as NT 253 406). Woollen mill. The older part (1883) is a 2-storey block, on an L plan, with a 3-storey, 3-by-1-bay terminal. This was extended in 1910 by a 3-storey, 12-bay building with a corner oriel with an ogivakl cap. Behind these frontages is a single-storey weaving shed.

During March 1999, RCAHMS conducted a photographic survey of standing textile related industrial heritage in Peebles. The purpose of this survey was to enhance and augment the existing holdings of the National Monuments Record Scotland.
