Lynturk Farmhouse, early 19th century. Tall two-storey, three-window house with rough ashlar granite front and projecting eaves course. Narrowness of gables suggests earlier work. Probably the manse of 1774 for the Burgher congregation of Lynturk, whose church, 1762, was absorbed into buildings of farm when new church built at Buffle in 1791, itself replaced by present Lynturk church.
