This two storeyed (with three-storeyed hexagonal tower on corner), dressed red sandstone block is situated on the corner of New Sneddon Street and Old Sneddon Street. It was operating as a nightclub on the date of visit.

Two storey with three storey corner hexagonal tower on corner site bounding Old Sneddon Street and New Sneddon Street. Red sandstone with slated roof. Principal entrance to Old Sneddon Street with decorative metal gates. Originally constructed as the New Templar Hall.
