NH67SW 8 centred 6358 7472.

There are what appear to be the remains of a small fortification of stone on the summit of Knockfiann (Cnoc nam Fiann?) above Easter Ardross.

R Maclean 1886.

No trace of any structure was seen on the summit of Cnoc nam Fiann. The summit is now mutilated and scarred by deep forestry ploughing and has been re-planted.
