Commission And Contract (1963)

A ten-storey tower block constructed by Edinburgh Borough Council as part of the redevelopment of the central area of Leith. The block is a mixed development and contains 212 dwellings built as public housing. Commission was approved by committee in 1963. The contractor for the development was Smart.
