Greenock, Feb. 21.- The ferry-boat plying between Cardross and Port Glasgow, upset last night on her passage to the latter place. There were six men and two women known to be in the boat, including the two boatmen. Two men were got in the boat this morning; a boatman and a passenger, the passengers watch had stopped at nine o'clock. As the boat had put back, and taken in some more money, it is uncertain what number ultimately set out in her; all of which must have perished.
