Architect: R and R Dickson (Samuel Wordsworth decided to demolish stables and erect elegant dwelling houses conforming to plan made out by Messrs. Richard and Robert Crichton, Architects, Edinburgh).

Nottingham Terrace became known as Nottingham Place about 1850.
