The remains of a possible hut-circle have been identified on a spur on the south-western slopes of the Hill of Deskie.

Archaeology Notes

NJ13SE 25 1931 3068.

Air photography (AAS/98/03/G5/11-12 and AAS/98/03/CT, flown 9 March 1998) has recorded what may be a hut-circle under snow on a SW-facing spur in an area of rough grazing at an altitude of about 300m OD.

As a result of winter aerial reconnaissance the following new sites were recorded:

Bridgend of Livet (Inveravon parish)

NJ 193 306 Hut circle (NJ13SE 25).
