Aerial photographs (RCAHMSAP 1994) have recorded the cropmarks of a possible barrow in a field that lies NE of Wellhill farm. The barrow is situated at the W end of a field, 100m E of Dunning Burn and some 30m N of the curved S field edge. Other barrows have been recorded in the same approximate area, no more than c.500m to the NW (NO01NW 66; NO01NW 22; NO01NW 142).
