A township comprising six roofed, one partially roofed, three unroofed buildings, three enclosures, some field walls and part of a head-dyke is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire, Hebrides, South Uist etc. 1880, sheet xlix). Eight roofed, seven unroofed buildings, three enclosures, some sheep pens and parts of the head-dyke are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1971).
