Kirkton House, 1825, John Smith. Muted neo-Greek, single storey and full basement in muscular granite ashlar (basement bull-faced) with broad eaves. Doric portico in white-painted wood at centre of east front; twin bows west front, canted bay centre of south front. North part, 1848, J & W Smith.
