Fronting the Pleasance, corner house on east side, at the entry to the Pleasance from

the Cowgate.

Minor alterations - convert ground floor into two shops.

Plan and two floor elevations. Unsigned.

Historical file - "Nicolson Street and Column" - one and a half sheets of information.

Description of the evolution of Nicolson Street and its relationship to the Pleasance. The column was erected to commemorate Lady Nicolson's husband.
