NO42SW 84 centred 40928 23711

Aerial photography has revealed cropmarks 370m SSE of Hawkhill farmsteading. These include a group of pit-like features centred on NO c. 4078 2373. Linear cropmarks to the S in the same field are probably ice wedges.

Cropmarks of an unenclosed settlement have been recorded 50m to the N (NO42SW 57).
