Note

A crofting township comprising fifty-eight roofed buildings, one of which is a long building and which also include a smithy, three partially roofed buildings and eight unroofed buildings, one of which is a long building, is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire, Isle of Skye 1881, sheet xvii). Fifty-five roofed, one partially roofed and twenty-one unroofed buildings are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10560 map (1968).
