OS 6" map, Shetland, 2nd ed., (1903).

The grass-covered foundations, 1' high, of what is believed to have been a pre-Reformation chapel, in the centre of its burial-ground which was still in occasional use in 1878.

Name Book 1878.

No trace of chapel. Burial ground still in use.
