Archaeology Notes

NG45SW 6 4079 5318.

In a pasture field, near the shore of Loch Snizort Beag, and a few feet above sea level, at NG 40795318, there is a large, well-preserved cairn. It is 21.0m in diameter and has a maximum height of 2.2m. A kerb is visible on the south side, but it is obscured by spill on the W side; the centre is disturbed.

Visited by OS (A S P) 15 April 1961.
