Kinaldie Station [NAT]

For adjacent road bridge, see NJ81NW 100.

All that is now visible of Kinaldie railway station are the edges of the W- and E- bound platforms, and the flight of steps that linked the E-bound platform with the top of the adjacent road bridge (NJ81NW 100).

The station closed to regular passenger traffic in 1964.

Visited by RCAHMS (JRS), 20 November 1996.

This intermediate station on the Aberdeen-Inverness main line of the Great North of Scotland Rly. (grouped into the London and North-Eastern Rly.) was opened in November 1854 and closed to regular passenger traffic on 7 December 1964.
