This small concrete farmstead was to be of square plan and was to include a dwelling, a covered yard, a byre and a stable. However construction was abandoned before completion and only the byre and stable, to roof level, the yard walls and one wall of the dwelling were built. The farmstead was in use as a cattle shelter and was in good order when visited (1994)
