Craigs Burial Ground, 18th century. The fort's cemetery, its main entrance a large classical archway (probably dating from 1746, not 1690 as inscription says), relocated here from the Fort in 1896. It spans the route of General Wade's road, sections of which were obliterated by the railway.

Graveyard and cemetery situated on the N side of Belford Road.
Gateway is formed from part of the original Georgian fortress. Many slate gravestones and on the N side of the ground many unmarked stones.
