Church of Scotland, Alexander Ross, 1864-5. Gothic church of local granite offsetting red sandstone dressings, altered to a cruciform plan with addition of chancel, transepts and tower with broached spire after 1896. A slightly dumpy exterior belies the open timber roofed space within, which contains memorials to the Ellice family.
