Note

A crofting township comprising seventy-four roofed buildings, which include a school and a smithy, three partially roofed building, sixteen unroofed buildings and some enclosures is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Ross-shire 1881, sheet xix). Forty-one roofed, two partially roofed, eighteen unroofed buildings and some enclosures are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10560 map (1969).
