Field Visit (8 September 1994)

NJ41SE 30 4992 1186

This hut-circle is situated on a grass- and bracken-covered terrace on the SE side of Corsehill Plantation, to the N of Newseat farmsteading (NJ41SE 113). It measures 8.5m in diameter within a stony bank spread to 2.1m in thickness and 0.3m in height. The entrance is on the SSW and a subrectangular hut overlies the NW of the interior.
