Note (1866)

Built by John Strain in circa 1866, this viaduct, comprising twelve segmental arches with sturdy tapered piers, formerly carried the Callander and Oban Railway over open ground in the E flank of Meall Reamhar. A three-arched bridge (NM52NE 25) forms the southward continuation viaduct.
