(NF 8165 6015) Cnocan na Croise Beaga (NAT)
OS 6" map, Inverness-shire, 2nd ed., (1904).
Cnocan na Croise Beaga refers to a group of three small mounds (standing approximately in line N and S), each of which is said to have been surmounted by a 'little cross'.
E Beveridge 1911.
In this area, centred to NF 8160 6014, are three fairly large natural mounds with stone outcrop. The three mounds are aligned roughly N and S, and lie directly to the south of Teampull na Trionaid (NF86SW 32). No evidence is to be seen of any crosses or remains of crosses and no further information was found.
Visited by OS (WDJ) 1 June 1965.
