16 October 1970. It is reported that the remains of a wooden vessel, 70 feet (21 metres) long by 20 feet (6 metres), are on the beach in Camalaig Bay. The site was located by divers during summer of 1970.

Report taken from a letter by B R Johnson dated 7 October 1970, via a Lloyds letter dated 14 October 1970.
