The LADY PRIMROSE sank following a fire.

Surveying Details

18 April 1922. The vessel sank 6 miles ESE of Kinnaird Head.

20 June 1986. Nothing was found during side scan sonar survey to the west of this position. The site was on the edge of the survey area.

Report by HMS BULLDOG.

(Classified as Motor Drifter: registration cited as FR 649, and date of loss as 6 April 1922). Lady Primrose: this vessel caught fire and sank 6 miles ESE of Kinnaird Head, or 7 miles E by N.

Registration: Fraserburgh. 39nrt.

(Location of loss cited as N57 42.30 W1 50 .00).
