A rectangular, one room stone structure with pitched, wooden roof (semi derelict). Measures 3 m by 6 m, with the roof apex at a height of 3.7 m. The eastern north south wall forms part of a boundary wall of the field to the west of the Urquhart Free Church. The only door is in the southern elevation and is 5 m from the main road, there is a window in the west facing elevation. The building is full of old wooden workshop type furniture and loose wood panels, planks and scrap. It is possible the pipe laying works could affect this building, but with due care and attention it need not be touched.
