Headland Archaeology was commissioned by Mosscliff Environmental to carry out a metal detector survey in advance of ground works associated with the construction of a wind turbine at land south of North Duriehill, Bannockburn, Stirling. The fieldwork was undertaken by Headland Archaeology (UK) Ltd with assistance from the Scottish Artefact Recovery Group (SARG) on the 11th September 2014 in clear and dry weather conditions.
