FIELD VISIT |
Possible remains of rig and furrow cultivation in a field of semi-improved pasture that is reverting to rough ground, with a small stand of birch trees in its northern part. The rigs aligned NW-SE are not in as good condition and appear to have been truncated by subsequent vehicle/machine disturbance. The fields to the north and west are of improved pasture and no rig and furrow can be seen in them. [...] |
