Red sandstone baronial lodge, crowstepped gables and decorative corner turrets. Inscribed plaque reads 'This Lodge and gateway were built in 1885 and the new approach to the Castle of Craigston laid out at the same time in pursuance of the wishes of the late Mrs Isabelle Pollard Urquhart of Craigston'.
