A straight quarry face c.60m long located south-west of the house, which faces the West Drive and is clearly visible from it.
The quarry is shown on the 1st edition OS and all subsequent maps, annotated ‘Old Quarry’. On the 2nd edition OS a fence runs along to top of the quarry face.
