Single-storey building with slate piended rood and projecting lower piend-roofed open porch on main south front; harled and white painted with stone base course; porch glazed and open on two side, double door behind; three six-pane casement windows to either side. Stands on rising ground just east of Walled Garden and north of Back Drive, with a small area of garden planting in front.
The 19th century Ordnance Survey maps show a building in this location.
