2 storey with attic stone built house with three dormer windows. Upper storeys reached by external staircase.

A stone plaque, inserted above the southern front elevation of the building, is reputed to have originated from the Bishop's House. Bishop Street was established in 1786 following the demolition of Bishop House, linking Rothesay Castle with the growing harbour. (Argyll and Bute Council)
