Part of a long range of newly harled property; stepped ridge roof, pantiled at either end. (Historic Scotland) Previously formed part of the premises of G Hay and Sons, along with much of the rest of the terrace. Photographs in the RCAHMS archive, part of an internal and external survey from 1997, show, to the rear, an external stair to the upper floor. There is suggestion the building functioned as a granary at some point. Where the cement render is failing, random rubble construction is visible. Appears on the 1st edition (six inch) OS map.
