Unlike much of RAF Dallachy, the site of the sick quarters was situated to the W of the B9104 road to Spey Bay. Little survives of the buidings that were formerly lnked by a track to the public road and set within an enclosure in a field. The enclosure contained sick quarters with an annexe, ambulance garage and mortuary, sergeants and orderlies quarters, ablutions, latrines and drying rooms with other structures (After the Batlle, Airfield Plan No.19, Crown Copyright/RAF Museum) .

The site now has a farm shed on it.
