The remains of Armadale Station are situated in a cutting to the E and W of the bridge carrying Station Road over the dismantled railway. There are few surviving elements of the station, though a retaining wall with handrail can be seen to the E of the plate girder road bridge. The former goods yard is now in use as a articulated lorry and van repair yard.

The main part of the station was situated to the W of the road bridge and is depicted on the 2nd edition of the 25-inch map (Linlithgowshire, 1897-1898, sheet viii), with the platform building on the N side and goods yard to the S of the main line.

The Cappers Rows shown to the E of the bridge ahve been demolished.
