Campbeltown, 3rd Jan. The OTTILLIA (ship), of Cardiff, Griffith, from Quebec to Bristol, with timber, is ashore, on Gigha, and will in all probability become a wreck.

Campbeltown, 3rd Jan. The OTTILLIA, Griffith, from Quebec to Bristol, which came ashore 1st Jan., at the North end of the Island of Gigha, was derelict and waterlogged: her crew landed previously.

Campbeltown, 6th Jan. The OTTILLIA, of Cardiff, from Quebec to Bristol, which drove ashore at Gigha 1st Jan., has been surveyed, is found greatly damaged, in her bottom, stern, &c., and is recommended to be stripped and sold: ------ employed saving ----- materials.

The date cited by Whittaker is evidently that of the vessel's second stranding, on Skye.
