A large magazine is situated at the end of a track from the public road in the middle of a field about 500m NE from the main complex of buildings.

The magazine measures 22.33m by 13.7m overall within a stone wall enclosure measuring about 30m sq. The building has a flat roof which is a replacement for a hipped one. From the splayed entrance through the enclsoure wall the front elevation has a two large lean-to sheds. The two rooms contained by the lean-to have a central passsage and heavy wooden doors. The interior of the magazine is open and there is a ledge around all the walls. The main opening has been altered, possibly recently as the building is now in use for agricultural purposes. Evidence for other recent alterations are found at wall head height where breeze blocks have been used to allow for the fitting of a corrugated roof.
