Swing-bridge [NAT]

OS 1:1250 map, 1970.

This swing bridge spans the channel between Albert Dock (NT27NE 57.38) and Albert Dock Basin (NT27NE 57.16), to the E and W respectively. The swinging-recesses is on the N. In the apparent absence of a nearby hydraulic power station, it has possibly always been powered by electricity.
