(Ardrossan 1: location cited as NS 222 422). At end of S pier: c. 1892. Octagonal steel tower on matching concrete plinth. Plain railed gallery on triangular cast-iron brackets. Octagonal lantern with triangular panes, pyramidal roof with moveable ventilator, cast-iron stays at base.
