Two buildings are situated in a small stand birch trees on a SW-facing terrace 250m NE of Easter Laggan farmsteading. The larger of the two buildings is rectangular on plan, measuring 11m from NW to SE by 3.4m transversely over walls reduced to grass-grown footings 0.7m in thickness and up to 0.4m in height. There is an entrance in the middle of the SW side. The second building, which is situated about 20m SE of the first, is small, measuring only 2m from NW to SE by 1.3m transversely over walls reduced to a low spread of rubble. The structure is open-sided on the NE.

The buildings are not depicted on either the 1st or 2nd edition of the OS 6-inch map (Elginshire 1874, sheet xxxii; 1905, sheet xxxii SE).
