(Classified as sloop: no cargo specified, but date of loss cited as 28 December 1852). Commodore: this vessel capsized in Loch Ness.

Registration: Greenock.

(Location of loss cited as N57 20.0 W4 25.0).

The location cited by Whittaker may be arbitrary, but is accepted. It falls within or near Urquhart Bay, on the NW side of Loch Ness, near its NE end. It falls within the centre of the loch, E of Urquhart Bay, and near the NE end.
