Details in 1948: Output 150 tons per day, 44,100 tons per annum. 70 employees. Screening at Bank No. 1, and washing at Knockshinnoch Castle (NS61SW 17). Baths available, but packed lunches from Knockshinnoch Castle canteen. Some steam power, but electricity 100% from public supply. Report dated 09-08-1948.
