A building was recorded here as part of an archaeological desktop and walkover survey before a new water main was laid in the area. Two roofed buildings are marked on the OS 1st edition map of the 1870s, while 3 buildings with an attached garden are depicted on the 2nd edition of 1906. Only 1 roofed building is shown on the latest OS map.
