This site was recorded during archaeological fieldwork and a desktop survey ahead of a proposed water mains renewal programme in the area. Two roofed buildings, creating an L-shape, are depicted on the 1st edition OS map, along with a well. The well is not depicted on the 2nd edition OS map. The latest maps show the buildings as being unroofed. There is no longer access to the site from the road, due to dense gorse growth.
