Together with the footbridge NH64SE 369 (adjacent to the S), this bridge allows foot passage between the Ness Islands, and between the suspension bridges NH64SE 50 and NH64SE 51 which cross the two channels of the River Ness.

The location assigned to this record defines the midpoint of this structure, The available map evidence suggests that it extends from NH c. 66265 43656 to NH c. 66257 43647.
