This bridges carries the present line of the A83(T) public road over the Gearr Abhainn a short distance above the upper end of Loch Shira. It supercedes Garron Bridge (NN11SW 10.00).

The location assigned to this record defines the approximate midpoint of the structure. The available map evidence indicates that it extends from NN c. 11415 10167 to NN c. 11439 10098.
