Nothing is visible of this cottage, which stood in what is now an area of improved pasture 95m N of Fae (NJ01NE 47). The building is depicted roofed, standing on the SE side of a small garden (with another small roofed structure attached to the SW end of the garden), on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire 1874, sheet LX), but it is not shown on the 2nd edition of the map (1902, sheet LX).

Visited by RCAHMS (JRS) 9 August 2006.
